Hi Richard
She must - in this order
1 ensure she has the transcript on her pc.
2 delete the file in her FreeBMD File Management
3 edit the file on her pc using WinBMD (EDIT / Edit Header Details -
change year)
4 upload the transcript.

This is the easy foolproof way. ONLY change the Header details, nothing
else.
