Could you clarify if it is true that "One of my new transcribers has a
problem with WinBMD"? From the rest of the description it doesn't sound
like *she* is having a problem but you are!

The reason why this is important is that I suspect that somewhere in the
mailing process (her mail client or her ISP) the newlines in the file
are being dropped or changed. This is not uncommon because there are two
standards for what a newline is (the Windows standard and the UNIX
standard).
