Jeanne Hayes found a FREEMAN file on the FREEMAN Surname of Pickens
County, South Carolina, in the AOL Genealogy Library. It does not have
any of my line in it, but it starts with a JOHN FREEMAN and follows
about 8 or 9 generations of FREEMAN's in the SC area. I still have it
in my mailbox if anyone wants me to send it to them. Your mail server
will have to accept attachements. Let me know.
