I am looking for information on the following families and will be willing
to share information :
1. James G. Mills, b. 1815 in N.C.(?), d. 12-29-1885 in Lafayette Co., Ms.,
married Pamela Elizabeth Alderson(b. 1819 in S.C., d. 1-2-1882 in Lafayette
Co., Ms.) in 1837. Pamela Elizabeth is the daughter of Jeremiah(b. 1780 in
Virginia, d. 1852 in Lafayette Co., Ms.) and Mary Alderson.

2. John Walton Freeman(b. 8-4-1793 in Wilkes Co., Ga., d. 4-25-1858 in Lee
Co., Ms.) married Ann Callaway in 1813. Their son, Fleming Fontaine
Freeman(b. 4-22-1835 in Wilkes Co., Ga., d. 7-11-1873 in Lafayette Co.,
Ms.) married Amelia Agnes Hill(b. 1838, d. 12-6-1863) in 1858. Amelia
Agnes is the daughter of John Joseph Seawell Hill( b. 12-2-1814, d. 1877)
and Celestia Aloycia Pope.

3. Granville C. Powell(b. 11-1-1850 in Tenn., d. 8-3-1919) married Alice
Eliza McKelvy( b. 4-14-1857, d. 10-17-1932 in Milan, Tenn.) 7-19-1881.
Austin Powell (b. 1829 in Kentucky, d. 2-8-1849 in Marshall Co., Tenn.) and
Sarah Adaline Robinson ( b. 1830 in Tenn.) are the parents of Granville.

4. Reuben Massey( b. 11-6-1797 in Louisa Co., Va., d. 1-21-1860 in Shelby
Co., Tenn.) married Sarah A. Wren( b. 11-23-1800 in Fluvanna Co., Va., d.
8-23-1869 in Shelby Co., Tenn.) on 11-28-1820.

5. William J. Robins( b. 1822, d. 1857) married Mary Elizabeth Massey(b.
8-15-1826, d. 11-3-1889)
