Debbie,

Hi! I, too, am researching my Freeman ancestors. As yet, I have very
little information. But, I do recall my grandfather making reference to
his family coming to Oklahoma for the land run. If I recall correctly,
his family came from Indiana. (His mother's maiden name was Effie Elnora
Freeman and she was the daughter of Elisha Martin Freeman and Catherine
Adeline Parker)

I will attempt to contact one of my father's living relatives (there are
not many left and the ones I have contacted so far have very little
recollection!) to try to get some more in-depth information.
