Sue, I am curious as to the area of your Marcus Warlen Freeman. I have
hit a stone wall on my gr grandfather Marcus Freeman in the Philadelphia
area. I have not established the birthplace of his son Ralph Joseph, my
grandfather, born Sept. 29, 1864. However my grandfather died in Essex
county ,NJ. I have sent for information from the 1870 census that shows
a Marcus Freeman in Philadelphia. Maybe that will be an opening for me.
