I am looking for verification of the parentage of my gg grandfather, Thomas
R(ush) Freeman.

Frank Lincoln Freeman (my g grandfather), b. 10 Apr 1864 Adams Co, WI, son of
Thomas R and Sophie Temple Freeman of VT according to his death certificate.

Thomas R. Freeman and Lucius Freeman appear on both the Barnard, Windsor Co,
VT and then the Adams Co, WI census records. Both men purchased land in
Adams Co, VT stating they were from Windsor Co, VT.

I believe that Lucius b. 1798 is the father of Thomas R. Freeman but have no
proof of this. Lucius married Clara Stearns (name also seen as Clarissa
Stevens) and had at least one son, Junius Lucius Freeman (by DAR records).
Lucius is the son of Thomas and Rebecca Swift Freeman (Thomas8, William7,
Edmund6, Edmund5, Edmund4, Edmund3, John2, Henry1).

Does anyone have records showing Lucius and his family, either in VT or WI?
