I have a Hartwell Freeman b.ca 1750 In VA married 24 Jan 1774 Brunswick VA
to Elizabeth Bailey (have no concrete documentation this IS our Hartwell)
but are making the case that he is because one of his son's was named Bailey
Freeman, born 9 Oct 1781, who we know is our ancestor. I find, inmy notes,
a Hartwell and Lucinda on the 1850 Cherokee Co., GA census, page 429 with
Benjamin Freeman, age 33.
