There was no overt action on RootsWeb's part to add support for additional
SSI directives. Rather, as they upgraded to new levels of the Apache web
server, the new SSI functions simply became part of the environment. I
think it is safe to assume that as long as RootsWeb allows *any* of the SSI
directives, it will allow the use if #set and #if SSI commands.
