Dear Beth Earls,
Your John Friend would be the one we call John II of Friends
Cove, in Bedford County, PA. His father was the "first" John
Friend or Johannes Nilsson Friend, who married Anna Coleman
and lived in New Jersey...Gloucester County.We have a couple binders
on your family but hardly anything on Susannah and Philip Philips.
Wasn't he killed fairly early in their marriage?
Anything you care to share on their descendants would enrich the
Friend Library.
