Can someone advise me please.

I want to exclude duplicate individuals on a descendent tree (cousins
marrying) - they show twice - I want to show them once with the double line
marriage link. FTM Help advises that I should untick the "Include duplicate
descendents" box in Contents options. This has no effect - the duplicates
still show. This is FTM v8.
