I have made GEDCOMM's in the past to send out. But I seem to be having a
problem since I changed to Version 11.

A distant dousin asked for my file on our mutual family. I did the ususal,
whic is:
1. Go to our common ancestor (Jacques Poissant)
2. Select "File"
3. Select "Copy / Export File"
4. Enter name (Poissant)
5. Select *GED
6. Click on "Save"

And of course, it saves to My Documents. And I then send him an email
attaching this file. Now he is telling me it is not coming through as a GEDCOMM,
bit as a FTM file. So what am I doing wrong? I have Version 11, and he has
Version 9.
