You can not format a CD you can format a Hard Drive. What you can do is
ensure the CD is copied so any machine can read it and only use CDRW/R CDs.
FTM automatically sets the files saved on a CD to read only, to get round
this the files have to be saved on to your PC, you then change the settings
of the file make any alterations then save them back to the original CD
overwriting the file all ready on there.
