If I try to paste text material copied from a website FTM 2010 crashes. In
previous versions of FTM I was able to go to Ancestry for example and if I
was looking at an index entry and selected print record, I could highlight
the text material I wanted to copy, right click to copy and then paste the
text into the Notes for the particular person. However, in FTM 2010 the
program crashes whenever I try to paste the material directly. In order to
accomplish the task I have to first paste the material in Word as
unformatted text, recopy the text in the Word document and then paste it
into FTM 2010. Any suggestions for what I may be doing wrong? Thanks.
