Hello all,
I am a new subscriber and diligently reading all the helpful tips for FTM.
I have an odd happening when I open FTM (Ver. 9) and then open a page on the
internet, for example, Ancestry.com census records.

After a few minutes of toggling between the two screens, my mouse becomes
erratic and I no longer have control of it's movement on the page. Has
anyone else experienced this?

To solve the problem, I have been shutting down my computer, restarting,
defragmenting, and then going about business as usual.

Lately after defragmenting my hard drive when I attempt to re-open FTM I get
the message "An error has occurred in OLE2NLS.DLL." Again, this is solved
by rebooting my computer.

I am at a loss to understand what is happening. Any insight would be
appreciated. Thanks,
