Dear Fuller Cousins,
I had several requests for the names of the heirs of Henry Fuller, Sr. of
Caswell Co. NC - therefore, I decided to send it out to all the group. If
anybody has additional information on any of the children - I would love to
have it - I will be happy to share all I have - My Fuller line moved into
Dickenson Co. VA and then into Russell Co.\ Scott Co. VA - there they remained
and are still there. I was able to travel back there last Spring and it was a
wonderful, but much too short of a visit. I visited a 100+ general store in
Snowflake, VA that has been and remains in the Fuller family - what wonderful
kin I have there, so warm and friendly and eager to share their family
stories. I am definitely planning a visit back there and on into NC.

According to the will of Henry Fuller, Sr., filed in the Caswell County, NC
records and probated in the court of Caswell County in July Session, 1790.
Henry Fullar, Sen of Caswell County and State of North Carolina...names his
heirs as follows:
wife: Katherine Fuller

Children : [and not necessarily in order of their birth]

Sarah Majors, Keziah Reynold, ]John ,Peter ,Elizabeth Rankin, Mary Fullar,
Henry ,George, Abraham ,Isaac , Ann Fullar,Isaiah, and Jacob.

There are only 13 children listed in his will although desc's of Stephen
Fuller, b abt 1766 in NC and d. sometime aft 1850 in Russell Co. VA - also
claim Henry as the father? This has not been proven to me yet? He could have
as the age fits, but? He was not mentioned in the will and all the others
were!

Anyway - as to the children named in the will, Sarah was b. abt 1747 and md. a
man named Majors;
John Salling Fuller was b. abt 1751 and md. 9 Dec 1778 in Caswell Co. to
Susanna Clayton;
Keziah b. abt 1752 married Bernard Reynolds [Rev. War Soldier];
Peter b. abt 1753 md. Jane Rosebrough 23 apr 1781 in Caswell Co. NC;
Elizabeth b. abt 1756 md. 1790 to James Rankin in VA;
Henry Fuller b abt 1759 md. Sally// [ will probated in Russell Co.2 Nov 1813,
naming children as John H., William, Lucy. [could have been 2nd marriage?]
have not researched too much on this line.
George b. abt 1761 d. in Roane Co. TN;
Abraham Fuller, b. 27 Dec 1763 in Augusta Co. VA; md. 6 Feb 1786 to Mary
Sargent in Caswell Co.; d. 15 Nov 1836 in Russell Co., VA;
Mary, b. abt 1765 md. Abner Wisdom;
Isaac b. abt 1767 md. 2 Aug 1794 in Person Co. NC to Elizabeth Clayton;
Ann b. abt 1769;
Jacob b. abt 1773, md. 16 Dec 1793 to Mary Duty in Person Co. NC;
Isaiah b. abt 1774 md. 1800 to Martha 'Patsy" Williams in Person Co. NC.

Henry Fuller, Sr. md. abt. 1746 in VA [?] to Katherine Salling, dtr. of John
Peter and Ann Maria Salling of Germany. I am not sure of Henry's birthdate,
but feel it is around 1717 - not sure where either? I have not found the
father of Henry although trails have led me to MD to a certain John Fuller
wherein a "Henry Fuller and Nehemiah Fuller were named in a lease of land in
1767, and indicated that "they had gone to Caroline" - not sure what
relationship, if any, the Henry was to this John Fuller, but my Henry Fuller,
Sr. served as the Adm. of the estate of a Nehemiah Fuller in Caswell Co. in
1789 - well, I won't go on and on, but it would appear that Henry and Nehemiah
are certainly kin somewhere - perhaps brothers and sons of the John Fuller of
Baltimore, MD? I shall keep diggin.

>From deed records of Caswell Co. Henry Fuller, Sr. was there from 1777 [if not
before?] until his death -
Henry and Catherine Salling Fuller were located near the forks of the James
River prior to their relocation into NC.

Please let me know if any of this sounds like any of your Fuller ancestors? I
travel a lot in my job and am only home 8 days a month, but I do try to keep
up - I read my mail while I am away from home, although I don't always answer
as I don't have all my research with me - I tried to get most of it on
diskette and that helps -but, once I am home I try to play 'catch up' - so,
if I don't answer for a few days or so, I have not forgotten you -
Thanks,
Bet
