Know all men by these presents that we Robert Boggis and Elizabeth Fuller
are held and firmly bound in the Justice of the Inferior Court ____ as a
Court of Ordinary and to their _____office in the just sum of one
thousand Dollars pay able by the said Robert Boggis and Elizabeth Fuller
or either of them their heirs Executor Administrator to assign jointly to
be void on condition that if the said Robert Boggis shall do and perform
all the duties of Guardianship for the person and property of Levi B.
Fuller orphan of James Fuller deceased as the law requires of him
otherwise to remain in full force power and under this our hand and seal,
the 10th day of January 1825.
