My great grandfather, Patrick FLANNERY, was born in Ireland about 1830 and married Bridget SMITH, also born in Ireland 1833, the daughter of James and Mary Smith. The family emigrated to England where my grandfather Martin was born in 1859. Martin married Mary WICKHAM who was born in Ireland the daughter of Patrick and Mary Wickham and whose family had also emigrated to England after the famines. Martin and Mary Wickham Flannery immigratred to USA arriving in Pittsburgh PA about 1880-1890. My father, Martin Flannerly was born in Pittsburgh in 1893 and married Anna SUMMERLY. I have identified several hundred descendants of this family but have not found any thing about their lives in Ireland.

Anybody find this familiar?
