Am I pleased that I'm not the only one... I thought I was going mad. All
you have to do is when the page comes up press Alt and enter.... up it all
comes.
I mean, how could I hope to be a transcriber if I couldn't even open the
programme?? So we're not so dumb after all. We can have a Merry Optimistic
Christmas after all....
