Hi
I am over the moon to say that my prediction for reaching the 6 million mark
leaves a lot to be desired.
Great news, we hit 6.03 million records on 22 January 2001.
This figure does however include 130,572 double keyed

I am now readjusting my predictions.
We are currently transcribing 36000 records per day, which equates to 14 days for
transcribing 0.5 million records.
(Note: the 10 day rolling average is in fact 39058 records per day, and the 30 day
rolling average is 32384 records per day, I have based my 36000 figure between
these two rolling averages)
My revised predictions are
7 million by 25 February 2001
10 million by 19 May 2001
15 million by 5 October 2001
18 million by the end of this year (come on, we can get to 20 million by the end
of this year)
100 million by 23 March 2008
We mustn't forget we are aiming to double the transcription rate in the near
future. So who isn't too say that we won't reach the 100 million mark
sometime in 2004.
The above figures are unique records.
