hello everybody, I have just started transcribing & have just tried to upload my first batch, but I got a message

a.. Expected 5 parts in MARRIAGES at line 183 got 4 (BELL,Elizabeth Ann,Durham,10a _46)
b.. Page should be numeric optionally with slashes and optionally followed by a single letter (or contain wildcards), got __ at line 268 (BELL,Mary,Liverpool,8b, __)
please can someone tell me what this means??
I presume It's a correction I have to make, what then do I up load the file again?
