Hi Glen

The problem with the first line seems to be that you are missing a comma
between 10a and _46

For your second problem, in my email there appears to be a space between the
last comma and the first _ character. I expect that is what the complaint is
about. I successfully uploaded a page number of ___ earlier this week.

After you've made the corrections in the file on your own machine you can
use the replace button on the same page you used to upload the file. You'll
find such a button to the right of each file you have already uploaded.
