One of my transcribers reports and asks:

"Pages 138 and 139 are duplicates of each other as are pages 140 and 141. Do I transcribe all the pages with the page numbers as per the scan? I downloaded them for a second time just in case I had created some confusion the first time around but they are definitely duplicates of each other!"

So should these pages be transcribed twice? Would some sort of comment help? If the pages are transcribed twice to represent the duplicate transcriptions should the normal +PAGE rules be followed? And if the pages should only be transcribed once, how should the +PAGE work?
