WinBMD will NEVER attempt to make an Internet connection. If you wish to
upload a file then you should always ensure you have an active internet
connection before clicking "Send". It should not however give an error (of
any description) if there is no connection (although this condition is very
difficult to detect) and I will attempt to remedy this in the next release.
If anyone has problems uploading files when there is an existing connection
then they should email me privately - the email address is on the
"Help>About" menu.
Ian
