It's a facility to produce reports primarily used by Syndicate Co-ordinators to view the list of files uploaded by the Syndicate Members.

It's now called "Upload Report".

The front page of "Upload Reports" allows Co-ordinators to select certain parameters such as name of Syndicate, event and year, further refinement of the report is also possible.
