Hi Linda
If an added entry has a mark to indicate it's insertion place then you
can insert it. If there is no mark then you add it at the end of the column
it is written under.

The entry Alice E Wolverhampton 6b Jan/27 is entered as
Alice E Wolverhampton 6b ___ (that is 3 underscores)
It is likely from your query that this is a written addition to a typed
page and therefore unlikely that there are insertion marks.
If there is no surname that is a separate problem, I hope there is one.
