I have a page that is really blotchy and some surnames, towns, Vol. and
page numbers are really hard to work out. Can someone please tell me
how to get around this. I dont feel that I should guess, as I am not
very familiar with a lot of towns in the UK. This is my first attempt
at transcribing and I really would like to do the right thing.
