Some of my transcribers and I are having a problem with downloading 1901b2-
files. Double clicking or right clicking as save target as saves them as a
.tiff file and them when opening them I get a warning that they are not a
valid .tiff file in IrfanView and in Winbmd I get premature end of file.
If I open them at source 9 out of 10 can be saved as a .tif and will open
correctly but my transcribers are unable to download them this way.
We would like to be able to download the files as I always have in the past
Help would be appreciated please
