I started transcribing in May this year and joined Ian Brooke's syndicate. I completed a practice scan and later, downloaded one completed page to FreeBMD. I contacted Ian about a problem with a second page on 29th June. I got no reply, so repeated the message on 21st July. I've still heard nothing from him. Do you know if there's some sort of problem at his end?

I 've looked on the website for a contact email address for general queries to FreeBmd and this was the closest I could find. If it's not the right place could you please direct me to the correct contact address for such a question.
