The simple answer is, skip the AaD column (leaving blank), when you have completed
the page, instead of trying to upload from FreeBMD, close and save the
batch (ignore the line 2 incomplete message) and use the main FreeBMD site to upload your pages.

>From the main page use Transcribers info then Manage your files then login and
upload neww file etcetc.
