I am a fairly new transcriber to FreeBMD, so I hope this is not a rather
obvious question.

I have been following the rules for transcribing uncertain characters
(underscores, astericks etc) and had assumed that this would be reflected
in search results. For instance, a search for 'Henry Bloggs' would also
find 'Hen* Bloggs' and '_enry Bloggs'. However, this does not seem to be
the case. Is this so, and if so, should the search engine be changed?
