Just recently I have come across markings on various scans that show entries
to be out of sequence. As these markings may have been made by people other
than the original scribe I have transcribed the file as it is shown.
Whereas with handwritten entries at the end of columns I insert them where
there is an insertion point shown.
Can someone please confirm that this is the correct procedure.
