In BMDVerify for the out of sequence warning I ignore spaces, hyphens and
apostrophes and also treat accented etc letters as just the "basic" letter.
Ignoring spaces etc was a change I made at some stage so probably someone
reported that it was coming up with false alarms.
However as Ted says it is only a warning, a prompt to double check you've
not mis-transcribed somebody's surname.
