I was just trying to upload my latest transcription - 1924M2B0131.BMD - and
received the following error:



File Upload Failed.

Error in Upload. Your file was NOT sent. You file contains Syntax Error(s):
- Unexpected characters in first names ‘Renèe L.’ at line 150 (Brown,Renèe
L.,Becks,Blean,2a,2269) : D:\Program Files\WinBMD\Output\1924M2B0131.BMD



The problem is presumably due to the accented character – but it is clearly
present in the index and I have selected it from the special characters
dialog. What should I do?
