I've just tried again to upload a file with Halle(e with an acute accent)
and it's still not accepted. Time 20.33 BST.
I got message
File Upload Failed.
Error in Upload. Your file was NOT sent. Your file contains Syntax
Error(s):- Unexpected characters in spouse's name 'Halle' at line .........

There was, for a brief period, an error in the validation code, which
prevented accented characters from being uploaded.

This has now been corrected, and accented characters are being accepted
again.
