1. The link worked fine for me when I tried a minute ago.

2. Assuming you can get the link to work for you, there is a facility to
leave a POSTEM.

Typical use for a POSTEM:

"Giving a correction to the information. Note that this can be used to
include corrections that cannot be submitted as a correction to the
database, for example where the entry in the index is in error."

I think this is the sort of facility you are looking for.
