Dear FreeBMD,

First, I want to thank you for your efforts - your site makes the whole business just so much easier.

My suggestion is that you enthusiastically request users to place a Postem for all certificates they have obtained (rather than discreetly suggesting the possibility). There is enough space given on the Postem form to enter all the relevant details from the certificate - places, parent names, spouse names etc. If you could train most users to do this, it would contribute towards making the acquisition of a certificate less of an expensive lottery than their crazy old indexing system makes it now.
