I have had a couple of entries in 1915 births where the page number has been
crossed out and another handwritten alongside.

At the moment I have transcribed the entry with the original number, added a
comment line after stating that the number has been crossed through and then
transcribed another entry for this person with the new handwritten number.

Is this correct? If not what should I do?
