For what it is worth the advice I give to my syndicate is to follow the
advice of both TKB 6g and 6z at http://www.freebmd.org.uk/vol_faq.html#6g
and further down the page.
i.e. put in both entries and after the first add
#COMMENT entry crossed through
after the first one
We have seen a few cases where the two versions are not identical, and some
where in addition a page number is altered in a similar typed line, where
TKB 6d comes into play.
