Hi Kerry,
Have you opened the scanned image with the built in viewer inside WinBMD. If
you haven't then the ruler option won't work. If you have then just click on
the View tab on the image and then click show ruler.

Hello everyone

I've just joined to start transcribing and I would like to use the ruler in
Scan View, but all options under View are greyed out. Can anyone help me
with this?.
