Hi,

When Vista is installed, it's default UAC is User and User cannot install or uninstall any programs. To install a program, you have to login as an Administrator, this way it should be ok.

The error message applies to:





Microsoft Office 2000 Service Pack 1


Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 Professional Edition


Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 Enterprise Edition
and has to fixed in another manner.Hope this helps,
