I am transcribing 1931 Births where unnamed children are entered as (Male)
or (Female) whereas previously they were entered as Male or Female. When
prompted I added (Male) and (Female) to my Forename Picklist and they now
appear on my picklist with the brackets included. So far, so good.
Each time now that I encounter (Male) or (Female), the picklist asks me
afresh if I want to add the name to the picklist even though it is already
there and I have just used autocompletion. Am I correct in thinking that
this malfunction is because of the brackets in the "name"? Is it possible
to do a minor tweak to WinBMD in the next update to correct this?
