I presume you have downloaded it from the BMD site, Penny. That being the
case, it is probably stored in the users folder C:\users\yourname. That
where it is stored on mine and I have had no problems using it. I suggest
you download it agin and save it to that folder. If it then tells you you
have already downloaded it, make a note of the URL for it, then follow that
rout and uninstall the first downlaod.

Hello

Can anybody with Vista help me. I have just finished my first page of
transcript and want to verify it but my computer just keeps telling me that
it can't be found. I have tried searching for it for hours but to no avail.
