Two questions.
1) When you press R does the amended version appear in BMDVerify? If not
,you may have two versions of the file on your computer, and amend one while
BMDVerify is using the other.

2) Have you retained C:\Program Files\Output as your default save location?
If you change the location that your transcriptions are saved to, such as
somewhere in Documents, you may find that the normal operation of BMDVerify
is restored. See TKB question 3(f)

Use Define Save Path in the WinBMD File menu to change where you save
transcription files to.
