You should not get a correction request purely to change the case of the letter in a correctly transcribed entry.
 
This must have been a rare oversight in the process, can you please send me a copy of the correction request OFF list and I'll chase up for you.

In the many handwritten entries at the bottom of scans the volume 
indicator frequently has its letter shown as a capital, e.g.,
9B or 9C instead of its allocated 9b or 9c.
Having always transcribed what is 'law' i.e., TWYS, I was  slightly miffed
to get a correction to replace a capital letter with a  lower case one.
What do we do please?
