Subject: [FreeHelp] Thumbnails

Back to thumbs for a minute .....
If I take a regular sized photo scanned into PaintShop Pro, then tell it to
"resize the image" (down to a much smaller size), does that not make a
"thumbnail"? Or do I have to do something that *says* "make thumbnails"?
(Hoping this question makes sense to someone :)
