it is the same ftp address as ones you would use with any other program.
in the address bar where you would type a http:// address instead you type
ftp.address.
then you can create folders and drag files just as in other ftp programs.
I will go to my site and make a walkthrough for you with exact click steps
to get you to.
okay:
1) log onto your isp and launch netscape
2) enter into netscape address bar ->
ftp:// type="text/javascript">DisplayMail('users.freepages.rootsweb.com','username');
username is the name they gave you or you picked out.
3) a popup box will come up and ask you for your password.
this will place you in the ftp directory.
4) I had to click on genealogy to go to that folder (in my case )
5)if netscape freezes disable network proxies and try steps again
good luck!
once there it will be like other ftp you can mkdir and drag to the folders
