Vicki,

An error 530 from ws_ftp means that your username and passwaord are no being
recognized by the Rootsweb server.

The password is very case sensative . I suggest that you copy and paste the
password and even the user name directly from the email Rootsweb sent with
your information.

Please copy and paste the password and username and then don't forget to go
online before you go to Ok and Connect on the ws_ftp program. You must be on
line before you use ftp.
