as far as writing the HTML.....I highly recommend the site that was linked
from Betty's page:
I loved the tutorial.
As far as downloading....I haven't really tried it the way everyone is
saying....and I'm not sure about this.....but
I accessed the webpage users.freepages.rootsweb.com
instead of typing in www or http use the prefix ftp//:
This should work on Netscape or Microsoft Internet Explorer.
It will ask for your username and password.....it's case sensitive, so make
sure you type it exact. You'll see a bunch of folders.
I then opened up another window where my file was and just dragged and
dropped it into the genealogy folder ...
It seemed to work!
ps....someone let me know if this is incorrect???

I'm Nelda Percival. I do not write HTML or any thing else. I have been a
member at geocities, used their Pagebuilder. But how do I do this? I tried
to log on..said no page available...So I thought maybe I have to create the
page and send it first?!? Would some one be kind enough to tell me
I can type my stuff into word and save as html, but where do I put it? I got
a down load of Coffeecup but it really doesn't explain how to use it...Do
you have a suggestion for a web writting soft ware. I do graphics but I did
not learn to do any of the other stuff..
Someone please rescue me???
