Sorry this should read encode the following right ABOVE the </head>
In answer to Jim's question to redirect his old site to a new one I have
found the following.
encode the following right after </head>
<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="10;url=http://www.newurl.com">
The 10 equals the number of seconds before going to your new page and insert
your new url where the newurl is indicated. You should also include a
regular hyperlink on your old site for those users who don't want to wait 10
seconds.
